@Michael AdamoI agree that prices of MFR's are still way overinflated, but I a believer in offering what you think the property is worth and take the list price as a suggestion until I can arrive at a number that hits my targets.

Then I sell via my agent.What I am wondering is, in your opinion, assuming the seller and owner can in fact be two different people (a separate issue we are also discussing) and I as seller authorize the listing before obtain title (remember we're just assuming that part for this question), do you think I need a license to start marketing the property on the MLS using an agent, before I close.
