I'm thinking of maybe purchasing real estate in Huntington, WV which is where Marshall U is located, but it's not a very up and coming, or inviting town.

I was invited to webinars, received VIP passes to join their events, and BOOM they tired to encourage me to pay to join their company, as well as selling their programs to others.Exactly what they offer me, I get the same information here at BP, and don't have to pay thousand of $$$ for it.

We are charging below market rent with these tenants, they have been vindictive and angry, have taken full advantage of us on numerous occasions.

Numerous people on the podcast have talked about the power this has for newbies.

This one is not engaging, and needs to be inviting so people want to stay in it, imagining themselves in the spaces.

Here are some reasons:The hands off costs to build a new ADU is virtually always higher than the resale or appraised value of the ADU.There are numerous better RE investments.Even hands off ADU additions require effort. 

I think this is going to be a momentous occasion to learn going forward.While I do not fault this man AT ALL, I have seen numerous post over the past couple years where people did not run their business like a business.
