Core Four / Networking in KC

Afternoon everyone!

Been looking to get into REI for about a year while consuming books, podcasts, and learning as much as I can. Very thankful to Bigger Pockets and the books they've published.

I'm looking to continue to network with REA's, Contractors, Lenders, & PMs in the KC Metro. I live in Overland Park, KS now, but I'm eager to learn from some REI rockstars (to quote David Greene 😁)!

Looking forward to meeting some of you to help build each other's networks. I'm newer now but want to learn about how I can help others to create win-win situations.

Hi all,

I'd love to chat and see how I can assist anyone in the area. I own 21 units spread around the area. 4 in Blue Springs, 10 in Independence, 1 in Raytown, 2 in Grandview, and 4 in Belton.

I grew up in the area and recently moved back to expand my real estate business. I am now a licensed agent in Missouri and working towards the Kansas state license as well. So I can assist with purchases/selling or even just advice from an investor perspective.
