This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.

Referrals has always been my favorite source for "qualified" professionals to work with.

I even hired our own caregivers to be with my mother when she was in the hospital to make sure they fed her the right food regarding her kidney disease, to help her find her favorite show on the TV, and to visit.

Separate bank accounts, book keeping, annual statements, splitting bills from vendors, annual minutes, and my favorite, annual tax returns. 

Earl was on of my favorites. 

I bring up the den/sunroom because it's one of our favorite spaces in our 1100 sf house.
