If you have a good real estate agent/lender/or maybe even lawyer that can fight for you they might be able to reduce some extra fees.Also, most likely the lawyer isnt selling insurance they have a relationship with a title rep and they send people to their insurance company when they can.

They have chosen to disconnect themselves from the way we are designed to live, by not building and maintaining relationships they can depend on in later life.

I would like to continue to develop that relationship and remember him mentioning to let him know about any deals I find.

Starting off as a newbie with little or no experience no private lender is going to loan you money unless you know some wealthy individuals or have a good relationship with them.

I would recommend Liz Thompson or Joel Gerber, they are excellent! 

I would be concerned about the stress it will put on you and your relationship.

Can someone explain to me a buyers market vs. a sellers market in relationship to a crash?

In this type of market, broker relationships are huge.We are still scratching our heads as to how some of these deals are trading at these numbers, and 3 yr I/O helps them.
