@Stephanie Lella  If there are going to repoint your chimney, a fair price is what you were quoted depending on how much cement they need to grind away.

I was not even aware of the secondary entitlement until recently but I doubt that it will be of any benefit to me now.

You may only need a few lolly columns and hydraulic cement to repair the cracking and sagging floors, or there may be a larger issue that I honestly can't tell you unless I somehow saw it for myself.
