Ever sued the bank?

Has anyone ever tried to file a lawsuit against a bank/bad debt buying service for not making any attempt to list a vacant home? I have a house in my neighborhood that has been vacant for 3. 1/2 yrs and it still isn't listed. It is currently owned by a company that buys bad mortgages and it was listed in the sheriff sale list back in May but was "stayed" before the sale. My thought was to file suit against the company to at least get it listed. I feel like the neighbors directly next to the property have a lower quality of life due to the condition of the property. One neighbor had to put up a 6 ft wooden privacy fence so they didn't have to look at the disheveled yard and to help keep rodents out. If they wanted to sell their home, they definitely couldn't get top dollar. Thx Eric

contact your local government. Maybe they can help this along.
