I have recently listened to the episode you were in the podcast and your story is inspiring for someone like me.I am currently in my third semester of my Master's Degree and I'm going to graduate with no debt.

I have listened to a good number of Bigger Pockets episodes and wanted to follow the BRRRR approach but I am obviously missing something as it seems it is not possible for me to get all of my cash back out.
