A lot of people may advise you to tell investors what you have to offer, but if you are a newbie (which is totally fine) what do you really have to offer right now?

I have lived in Macon and think it’s a food area but please advise other wise.

So, if you are planning on buying a single family home here on Maui I wouldn’t advise buying it with the intention to short term rent it. 😜.

@Gregory Cudzilo market in Virginia Beach right now is tough with most market properties selling in days above list, best bet would be to have that conversation with your agent up front so they know what they are in for and can better advise you on the current market in the Hampton roads region
