Local TV station? 

I would have liked to have seen that- I take news photos occasionally for the local radio station's blog, but all I saw was the aftermath and heard stories.

Great views, quick drive into the city, and if you're close enough to the Mon incline you can easily take it down to Station square where there's usually quite a bit going on.

You don't hope and pray to find a gas station along the way or hit the road without a spare and tool kit.

We use a company that puts out bait stations so no other animals can be harmed.  

I currently have a Seller and his Tenant (Property Owner & Gas Station Business Owner) accept my Letter of Intent and I literally only gave them $25 each ($50 total) as my option period fee to do my Due Diligence for 30 BUSINESS DAYS (which translates to about 6 Business Weeks). 

I was raised near Waco, TX, went to school at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and currently reside in Houston, so I still need to determine in which market I want begin investing.Until I find a deal and get in the game, I'll be saving up money for a down payment and looking to learn as much as possible from the community here at BP.

I'm not trying to do that, regardless of how many train stations and light rails it has or how close it is to NYC.So ultimately, my long term goal is to make a profit, not stay close to where I grew up.
