As far as the rent, I am familiar with the rent in this market and I'm confident I would at minimum be able to get $550/unit, plus the additional income the detached garage will generate as a storage unit.Thank you for your feedback, and I will keep you updated on the outcome!

I had a friend suggest using PropStream to generate off market leads.

In addition to that, Syndication allows you to compound your money for years without paying taxes until the property is sold while generating a positive cash flow, so investments will be extremely tax efficient!

I think saving for taxes is good.Focus right now on getting listings and sales...that's what counts.Don't spend too much time on things that are not generating revenue.   

I purchased my first investment property past July and is now rented, paying for it expenses and generating a couple hundred dollars each month.

While we definitely could see using our future properties as a vacation spot (for ourselves), the primary goal is to use them to generate as much income as possible.

These are all mass repetitive "Contained" environments.Now the next great investment will be Auto over the road trucks, Nano Cancer treatments, Nano crop pesticide reduction, Solar electric surface paint generation, Water pumping technology from the Mississippi River to California/Arizona (reverse Dam management(actually don't recommend this, will cause excess salination of the Gulf)), Certified Individualized Student learning platforms, etc. 

Lead generation is th elifeline of your company, anyone that outsources lead gen is  friggin insane and deserve to fail.

@Michael DavisAs others have mentioned, look to do a cash-out refinance and deploy the capital on investments that you think would generate higher than the interest rate that you are paying.Best of luck
