There's probably 20 people a week that would call them and take an hour of their time if they didn't charge.

I'm staying at a furnished home here in ybor and I see alot of land that is unused and alot of building that I feel can be repurposed to make the place better and help the people.

Some people say don’t do it, but I paid off my 60k I used from my HELOC 5 years ago with my Cashflow and I profit $6200/month and ended up with 8 houses from my first two houses I used from the HELOC.

They kept promising they were going to pull through and they would put their best people on it. not a single lead came in for a month after promising 20-40 leads per month.

So its good to team up with good people to help you build up a good foundation so you have the best chance of success with people and systems. 

What I usually tell people is go look at the profit margins of the big public builders like DR Horton, Taylor Morrison, toll Brothers, lennar etc..
