As a member I get the MLS access, free CRS access, training at the association and some discounts on business materials.

So I found this perfect property online and I go to look at it and everything is good except one thing...

There's a wealth of info online, noone needs to rely on expensive seminars to learn things.

I also heard that I could possibly do find deals online in other states is this possible or even a good idea.

I'm currently researching areas that would work for SFH rentals.One thing I've been doing is looking up deals online (mostly REO/fixer uppers) and then making fake Craigslist ads advertising the property to see what sort of response I get and what rental rates people seem open to.

Could not seem to obtain this info online.....Thanks!

Please be careful when you're buying properties on line or from seminars.

I don't specialize in listings but when I come across them, they're like the gravy train if priced correctly.

In the next couple of years when all the adjustable rate mortgages start to come on line we are going to be facing this hole problem all over again.
