Fill in pool - Best options?
So I found this perfect property online and I go to look at it and everything is good except one thing... It has a pool which is in pretty bad shape. Looks like one that is just dirt with a lining over it.
So now the question is how to take care of it (and how much it will cost) because I dont want to put money into fixing it due to the fact that I will get 0 return on it.
How would you guys go about filling it in and any idea what the cost would be? (really looking for someone who has done it before)
