Once I got rid of the deadbeats I inherited (part of my job was to get rid of the deadbeats and collect back rent due), I'd say that went down to around 3, so 12%.But, then what I did, was I'd send a mass text to anyone who hadn't paid me by the 4th - they had a grace period until the 5th, rent is late on the 6th. 

How many other entrepreneurs do you know that have started this many revolutionary products for the masses.

I just sent a mass text every month the day before rent was due - voila!

So thats where I was disappointed, my 31 letters were very targeted, not just a mass mailing of 700 letters a month.

The rocking is the same for an elderly person that has weak leg muscles.

I'd love to know how close people feel they can get to critical mass (replacing your income) while holding your existing job.

I used to just send a mass text to everyone on the 4th saying if rent isn't paid by tomorrow, it will be late.
