Hello, my name is Josh and I just moved from Salem,Mass to Silicon Valley with my wife. Back in Salem I still own a duplex that is doing fairly well, and am now learning the intricacies of working with a property manager from 3,000 miles away.....

My first goal is to get a better lay of the land around the Bay and understand which strategies are the best for investing in this area. I've already identified a few local REIA meetups and can't wait to start discuss opportunities and strategies for successfully investing around the Bay area.

I look forward to meeting you on this site and learning from this community's experience.
