Just wanted to see what you guys thought about direct mail around the holidays?

one of the tenants just got married. of course before he signed the lease he assured she would come here and he would go there.and of course, it's just been the wife coming to stay longer and more frequently.....No specific addendum we wrote to cap this is in our lease.Tenant is requesting a month now for wife to stay during holidays and it's a nuisance to already complaining roommates.Feedback appreciated.

Hi Tyrone, let them go, get them out now while you can still find a good tenant ( before we start holiday season and no one wants to move),  explain that you are keeping their security deposit in full and if they can be out by September 1 and leave the place in rent ready condition you will not go after them for additional monies.  

Makes for uncomfortable holiday diners if you don't. 

The county recorder's office is closed due to the holiday on Monday and need to notify my estate planning attorney.

From house robberies to tree limb fell hit renters car to ac going out on holiday it would be 4 days to get new unit, they claimed health issues and rented hotel room.

The seem to have a sea plane festival, I'm going to have to look into that.yes they have a fly in every year in Lakeport.. and there are usually some Grummans that make the scene there was a famous tragic Grumman crash back in the day  one of them goofing off kind of like what happened to Roy Holiday and 6 or 8 people perished..

We're nearing the end of the holiday season, which is great for sellers, as props tend to move more slowly in the fall and winter (no one wants to move when kids start school or during holidays). 

However, with the holiday season coming on, I am not sure if I should start now, or wait till after Christmas to start...Is the holiday season a bad time to START a direct mailing campaign to absentee owners?
