So I'm toying with the idea of starting in Dallas since inventory is slim with the operator in Indy.Can anyone comment on the time it took to acquire property from their TK operator?

I plan on keeping and renting for the long haul. 

It may take several trys before you get in but if you take a step back and consider the bigger picture many find the extra effort ends up being significantly more profitable longer haul.
