I'm looking to refinance an investment property and am wondering what sort of rates are being offered currently for investment homes.

I see seller financed notes that often lack any sort of credit file info on the borrower.

They will be able to tell you what sort of a case you have.I had an issue with a lawyer a while back. 

That probably will be sorted out in the future.

Many people have managed OOS properties on their own, but it is more difficult and you would need very good processes in place and have some sort of boots on the ground person in that market to put eyes on the property and check in with things. 

For those of you reading this who are not familiar with the area, Westgate is sort of a diamond in the rough of 43204.

Before the virus hit it was really tough to get into a multi family with any sort or contingencies (financing, inspection, and the like).

Not to split hairs Tom but the high bidder gets a Certificate of Title from the Clerk of the Court who certifies the named party was the high bidder and the party to whom the property was sold. 

Also, I am wondering if I need some sort of permit to do this, whether for putting up walls or renting out?
