I am interested to see how that progresses as Rural parcels offer the most opportunity to take advantage of this legislation.  

Once you can get on the phone with someone and describe your desired outcome (passive income, etc), I think that through networking on here, you can easily start your progression towards REI'ing.Hope this helps,Justin

Hi everyone,There is a lot of information on this site about what to look for when evaluating rental properties.

While numbers are always important when evaluating a house hack situation, in my opinion the only thing that should trump the numbers in the decision making process is your safety and security.

Sometimes houses that are bought as a primary residence don't make good rentals as you evaluate them differently when buying. 

I am looking at building a fourplex in a fairly small but growing college town, when evaluating my numbers what should I consider most?

As you acquire new loans those numbers can be re-evaluated as cash flow is added.  

Not many are progressing.

Term: Master LOC: will have an initial 12-month term that may be evaluated for renewal annually at maturity date.
