I am brand new to this site and to Real Estate investing in general and I'm hitting the ground running.

I started my journey into wholesaling about a month ago.I have fund my farming area and have been driving for $ the last couple of weekends.I have managed to generate about 60 properties now its time to do the work of sending out the yellow letters.I will keep updating my results here and if anyone would like to connect in Phoenix area , DM me and we can exchange ideas.

Spend a couple of quality reading hours on this, trust me, you'll learn a lot. 

If you just started a couple of months ago, don't fret or give up....

I have gotten a couple maybes and a lot of no's so far.  

Even going way out is still a couple hundred thousand dollars.  

Analyzed my first potential fix and flip a couple hours ago and found that my max offer would have to be about $22k below asking - I have a feeling that this set of analysis tools is going to prove invaluable to my success.Anyway, just wanted to share where I'm at in my journey.
