This is an accountability issue within the government program and how it is executed as a free hand-out instead of a helping hand.I agree with you that legislation is not necessarily going to solve the problem, although I do believe that we should all be doing our part to help our neighbor succeed in this country.

Prior to that I was in the mortgage industry for about 6 years where I did everything from basic branch admin stuff, compliance and QC, processing, and eventually was a licensed loan officer before I decided to change paths to public safety.
