If any customer feels they've been harmed by my actions, they can call the county and initiate a claim against my bond.

I'm doing a lot of research, learning and also ready to take action.

I have had a lot of education on how everything works, now is my time to put forth the action!  

I hired a window company to replace them and usually find that hiring specialists is more time consuming (when building your team) but typically results in faster project turn-around and better control over each aspect of the rehab. i.e. fire the ones that suck without impacting other subs.

Was contemplating sending a direct mail campaign out there and trying to get in on some of the action.    

The most efficiently do this is to outsource that vital task to a consumer reporting agency (CRA) that specializes in background checks and here is why:  A CRA must conduct Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliant background checks.

Essentially, that is what I am doing by not taking action.
