I would not copy someone’s as each person has different criteria (for example you may need to save for a child’s college where someone else doesn’t etc) but it will give you great ideas and insight on your local market in the auburn/Worcester area and if you should hold it or is it a good time to sell

Your child might actually get more resources going to Durham schools.So to answer your question... yes, it would be expensive and risky to buy a mansion in hope valley central but you can get something a couple of blocks over in North Hope Valley.
