He was giving advice to buyer agents, basically saying that when you have a showing appointment but the listing agent has scheduled several showings at the same time, to just take your buyer and move on.

I suggest you wait it out..have appointments scheduled for the dates after she moves out, make a deal, pro rate what's left of the month and move on..If she's been uncooperative, and has been giving you issues for a year, it's safe to say something will go wrong if you push it..

I won the default judgement as the tenant did not show up against the expectations of the attorney too, the reason bein he had a conflict in appointments with a different court in a neighbouring county for a warrant in debt case.:-)Meanwhile he sent a sad email that his mom is expiring and he has to go bury her and would like 2 months extension.
