Yellen, the Fed chairwoman, is scheduled to hold a news conference that afternoon.

That, or afternoon/lunchtime and I can head back to work after.

I'm meeting with a friend of mine this afternoon, who owns a local bank to discuss these very issues.

I hope this saves someone the headache and waste that my afternoon has been.  

My real estate partner and I reside in Southern California (San Diego and Orange County (Costa Mesa / Newport Beach), respectively) and we're taking a trip to Cleveland, Ohio from October 29 (actually taking the redeye that night so won't be in until early morning of October 30) to the late afternoon of September 2.

And good point that the competition will see it anyway; that's fine w/me that they do, I just didn't want to spend a Sunday afternoon hanging out at the house only to show it to them!

For this, being an individual, you'll need to go back to the clsoing company that late afternoon or possibly the next morning.

Also, to respond to your comment; I know nothing of Bakersfield Alex, but with an afternoon of research I bet I could find it on a map.

I'm thinking about selling a townhome....it's in nice shape and in a good area...all things being equal it should sell quickly and at going market price...however, the next door unit is occupied by college students who have a party about once a month and one of them is a music major who plays the drums 3-4 times a week for about an hour at a time, usually in the late afternoon.
