Two homeowners on the street who have liveable attics were nice enough to show me theirs and they looked very similar.I am wondering what issues I should be aware of when adding beds/baths to an attic area?

I know that their are active duty and veterans who buy a house with the VA loan, PCS 3 years later and rent it out and repeat the cycle.

But It sounds like all of the activity of that property has been reported on your tax return the entire time. 

You learn in out on the streets looking at and evaluating hundreds of deals.

Majority of houses on street are newer craftsman homes.

I suspect I have paid close to a million in wholesaler fees I just don't deal with them personally at the street level. but I do see their fee's on the huds I fund.. but its Highly regional.. out east were you live much more prevalent than were I live.. in fact where I live its illegal and the state is starting to send out cease and desist and fining those selling real estate without a license..

There are a lot of active members here on BP from the baltimore area.

Sellers want fast closings ,,as is ,,, good luck BTW, IF you do buy something, you can not just hire someone off the street for repairs, pulling permits, and  closing the POS,.

Any area where there are lots of dumpsters around means there is activity going on.
