A tip I got from @Steve Vaughan is to post a few ads on CL or something similar in your area, without the address of course, to figure out the demand in your area. 

One, they are the ones most trained in the legality of advertising.

However, to make real money, you need to treat your first job like you are in training to start your own business. 

Brie your Lawyers got you guys trained  LOL.... 

I think the idea of an anonymous LLC is cool but ultimately seems like too much of a headache to pursue.  

At the end of the day the high real estate taxes, which is definitely the biggest warning I think I've heard, is just a number to factor in - so if the numbers still work it's a good deal either way.Good tip on the flipping being a better investment than renting in Illinois - something to keep in mind if I do start looking seriously over there.Always appreciate the input.

I assume the principle issues are potty-training and chewing for puppies, and potty-training for kittens.My question: For a cat or dog, what minimum ages will you accept?
