It has been determined by the governmental agencies that requiring a landlord to change insurance is NOT reasonable.So, after I tell them the accommodations I will make, and the expectations they either counter--I'll pick up the waste weekly and try to argue, or say they will leave the dog with their XXX.

Best books I started with were a) Rich Dad Poor Dad (just for mindset) the ABCs of Real Estate Investing with Ken McElroy, and I really really like most of the stuff Joe Fairless produces (Podcasts are pretty good, his books are great).
