@Matthew CrivelliIs it typical that banks usually want you “seasoned” for at least 12 months if you are new?

Can't refi until 6 months seasoning and limited to 75% of ARV. 

You can do delayed financing so you dont have to worry about the 6mo seasoning issue. 

I just bought my first storage facility, located by cold-calling facilities in the area and just asking if they would consider selling.

Curious what seasoned investors would do with that?

And heres the possible icing on the cake, one side is on a major road though this resort area, so that opens up possibly boat storage, retail, splitting it into building lots to sell or build rentals.

I know a CPA is also extremely important, and we have a few seemingly good leads (but with tax season new appt times have been hard to come by).Look forward to getting to know some of you better, and maybe even working together in the future!
