They don't take the time to work on their marketing approach which, to me, is one of the most important aspects of this business.  

At least the rent to own aspect gets me top applicants.

It's getting that perfect balance of cost mitigation and yet upgrading to a quality level.c) Then there are all the aspects involved with just buying the property.

We completely renovated it and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.It was one of the best financial and lifestyle decisions I’ve ever made.Renting is almost always better, when you consider every aspect.

I like your overall strategy because really equity is the most important aspect to knowing if we want the deal and you are still covering those smaller niches of absentee owner, probate, etc.

Would this mean only my partner can do the actual work when it comes to wholesaling or could I get involved in the marketing and networking aspect of wholesaling.
