I can't stand people who think something is "shady" or a "scam" because they've never heard of it, don't understand it, found negative information about it on the internet, or think it's too good to be true.

It is ugly and frightening to tell the horor stories or the scams that are prevalent in society.

Do not go to the seller's attorney, sounds like the beginning of a scam, cash in hand and quit claim in five minutes.

They told him the mortgage couldn't be assumed and I was likely proposing a scam.

Be careful of Brandon W. he scammed me out of money with his so called Airbnb investments.

Even had anyone seen particular domains/urls that worked and didn't come off as scams.

And they don't put up the EM on purpose you did follow it and you just assumed they were honorable and would put the EM up.. so it just dies they move on to try to scam someone else.does not matter what contract it was written on.. fact is no EM no contract..
