I have been chasing money from investors for several years now and I have seen some wild stuff. Given the recent spate of posts on “creative†techniques to raise money I was wondering if people would care to share their favorite “program†for capitalizing deals.

T.A.R.P .(or any similar program) comes to mind... a program that rewards institutions for making bad business decisions.. using borrowed funds to pay off the dilinquency. Please tell me I am dreaming.
