Bathrooms could use work, and there are 3 units that haven't been Remodeled.

Why remodel?

Im now finding that this might be complicating things and will need to figure out a better option going forward.I purchased the property for $150k w 10% down have a bout $25k in full remodel inside and out.

I'm a newbie Investor, but many many years of building and remodeling experience.

To account for the interest rate being high and home prices being sky high, instead of buying the “forever home” I went about 200k under my pre-approval limit and bought a 3 bedroom starter home and it’s one of the cheapest houses in the neighborhood and it’s newly remodeled so in 3-5 years I can rent it out or sell it.

I bought at an OK price and have put about 4K into remodel.

Issue is the previous owner remodeled around the water shutoff and septic clean out in bedroom 4 in the basement.

It's nice and remodeled, which with my low capital and limited free time, would be a good asset to start with for me. 

This was a complete remodel with basically new everything.

Current owners has added new heating systems, windows, doors, electrical, security system and remodeled all units.
