There are plenty of multi family opportunities but the good ones go quick so get educated and start taking steps to move forward. 

I know it is not an optimal rental with how big it is but I am confident that the equity will be increasing quickly along with rent rates given how much money Lennar is pouring into the area and we have low rates.

When it comes to targeting specific renters, a pool will be favorable in terms of attraction but will not always have a great ROI as others have mentioned.
