Quick LLC question
Hi All -
My wife and I just went under contract on our first rental. It's out of state, so our LLC is formed in our home state, and foreign filed in the other. I'll be forwarding mail from the property address (which is the business address of the LLC) to a PO box in our home state. Question is - is there any issue with doing that from a compliance standpoint? Example - if a renter were to mail us a check, can I just give them the PO box rather than have them send it to the property address only to be forwarded to the PO box (again, only checking to make sure we stay compliant).
