@Account ClosedIf you are good at what you do the it should not really be a risk but cost of doing businessIf you are trying to do this remotely without seeing a property, having an understanding of value or repair costs then it’s not risk it’s just stupidity as you really are not wholesaling.

My sellers will have to consider those costs just like CCA, anyway, when determining list price, so it will likely take a while before any savings is actually seen.

Here is the fee structure:- Flat fee of $595 per transaction (deal over $1M has a higher fee)- 100% commission to agent- Free E&O insurance $1M for every transaction- Updated forms for buy & sale transactions (similar benefits as from the NAR membership)- Annual membership fee of $109X3=$327- No mandate on NAR membership ($550 per year in MA.
