Just reads off as a way to promote a  syndication, which is arguably the worst investment to get into as of 01/06/2024.Being a physical asset or physical structure owner, in any capacity, is never passive. 

I've already been promoted and have received a 20% raise within the first 6 months and have been assigned (consulting) to their largest client based on my performance. 

Lots of free money was given out the past few years and a lot of very poor messaging was promoted about rent not being a responsibility of tenants to pay.

just contact the listing agents and go. some will say no but some will say sure, promote my listing. so just go and start recording, it takes lots of practice and tries and trial and error but just start.goodluck my friend!

I don't measure the ROI on staging, I see it as a measure to help with the pictures/video, promoting myself and the way I market a property.

Brokers promote the motion that everybody should diversify.

The appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee should better serve creditors, shareholders, and the public interest by promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency, traits that may have been lost by current management.

Also depending on your location you can look at events in that area and promote that with your STR.

I want to be in complete control of my life and finances and not have to worry about living paycheck to paycheck, layoffs, trying to beat out my peers to get that promotion only to have to then work longer hours.
