Trust me, you can make something look mostly done and progress is made, but it's always the little things and the finish work that take the most time and labor so even though it may look close, it may actually be far from completion.  

@Jeff Holmberg sounds like you've doing a lot of great research, and are just at that point where the theory needs to become practice for you to progress in your learning.

End of the day this will perhaps protect us against the next pandemic- or embolden a progressive government to legislate those powers to the CDC/FEMA.

Do send them pictures and receipts, or do they send someone out to physically confirm your progress.
