Hello,

I am considering selling my only and first home which is a multi family that I have owned for almost five years now as I need to move out of state due to a job change. I am planning to interview few realtors this week and will be picking one of them as my seller’s agent. I haven’t sold any real estate before so I would like to make sure I ask the realtors the right questions therefore I would like to have a script for the interview questions to realtors handy.I will really appreciate if anyone here can help me guide with that. Also I would like to know if there is any homework I can do even before I reach out to someone to see how good a realtor has been

and what is the best place to have access to some historical data about past sales. I really appreciate any your inputs here.

Thanks
