We started in the fall of 2013 and pretty much have all the same tenants from when each property was purchased (1 property the people moved out but then called to move back in but we had already rented to someone else).

Isn’t the advantage of MHP ownership the fact that you own the land (pad sites), have limited maintenance and limited management, and that tenants tend to be long term because mobile homes are costly to move?

@Brittany HeilI'm not certain if this applies to all markets, but our lender (and loan product) and property insurance company expected us to move into the Primary residence within 1-2 months.
