My wife and I are looking to move out and convert our house into an investment property.

I guess the only other argument would be they're likely to have a deposit+rent wherever they would move.

We started in the fall of 2013 and pretty much have all the same tenants from when each property was purchased (1 property the people moved out but then called to move back in but we had already rented to someone else).

I’ve been looking forward to these changes since they started working on them and even lobbied some of the council members.

This is often a losing proposition for the seller, unfortunately.Granted - when a house in in disrepair and would be hard to market otherwise, it is a path forward for the seller.  

Isn’t the advantage of MHP ownership the fact that you own the land (pad sites), have limited maintenance and limited management, and that tenants tend to be long term because mobile homes are costly to move? 

I'm originally from Pensacola, FL, but moved up here to invest. 

All we can do at that point is make it as easy as possible for them so that they can move on.

I'll be moving into the other unit. 1.

@Brittany HeilI'm not certain if this applies to all markets, but our lender (and loan product) and property insurance company expected us to move into the Primary residence within 1-2 months.
