But if you do want to speculate on major neighborhood transitions than Bayview and the hunters point shipyard will be the biggest transformations in SF over the next 10 years.

Haven't seen a major impact yet & Zillow has been around for over 10 years.

we ourselves did the majority of the work with a few helpers, and I think it came out great!   

To me, saying "use an LLC" means almost nothing because we already know that an LLC works the majority of the time.

Wherever you decide just have to consider if they are a seasonal place (Panama city beach) or an area with a constant flow of traffic due to events, population, conferences, major airport etc etc

I don't go near lawrence. the building department is very hard to work with.

@Gregory Moton You are in commercial loan department and your contacts are commercial which can prohibit you to work as commercial Real Estate agent.

I have keyword alerts for all the major cities in my area and it allows me to see all the conversations going on in my community.
