The lease has expired get or go to jail ?

i am in Tx. my boss rented an 1 bedroom effeceincy apt for me , he put the lease in his name and showed me as tenant. he has been taking money from my wages to pay the rent. last week he decided he would move another guy in with me verses paying rent for him elsewhere. I had a girlfriend come stay a few nights to avoid that. bosss got mad and fired me cause his new helper had nowhere to go .. rent is due tommorow, the landlord , my bosses friend showed up lastnite with the local police, told me " the lease is expired , you have 30 minutes to vacate the premises, or you wil be arrested for criminal tresspass. the cops backed him up .. I finally made him let me stay till 1 oclock today, he is still saying if i dont get out , he will bring the police. there are no grounds for eviction , and the lease isnt up till july , what should i do ?
