I invest almost exclusively internationally but I personally wouldn't touch Dubai with a 10-foot pole, irrespective of the macroeconomics (if I wanted to invest there, I'd wait for the next crash).

People coming for work, traveling nurses, interns, business people etcI had about 7% vacancy last year.

Also, NJ and CA are probably very similar in terns of eviction.There are, however, situations where someone may need a longer term rental because of damages to their own house and needs to move out while theirs is being repaired.

No perfect brokerage to be sure, but I like that we have such a robust internal referral network via Workplace.

Wife is a travel agent specializing in international trips . 

Short drive to DFW International Airport makes it an ideal location.

I've gone in and cleaned it up numerous times, but it keeps reverting back to "it's" internal data over my updates.

We are also interested in buying a piece a land and putting a tiny home on it for when we are not traveling international.
