Do they answer your questions clearly and honestly?

Everyone is coming from a different viewpoint, fear level, financial situation, and motivation right now.

The reason it ticks me off is that there is additional workload and exposure to COVID for everyone from the guy printing it and stuffing it into an envelope, to the USPS worker who shoves it into the sorting bins and then the next one who puts it on the truck (honestly I don't know how this mail thing works, it's pure magic just like eggs in a carton), then to the delivery and then I have to come outside and open the mailbox.

Keep in mind, most people don't pay rent just because they fear eviction...Most people pay their rent because they are honest and they honor their contracts.

I’ll give you a few honest reasons why:1.

I’m not entirely sure honestly, but what a quandary.

Another thought, is to be honest about what we NEED to make ends meet, breaking even for a bit isn't bad.  

Honestly, I'm not sure what the benefit of this is.

I think hearing that you leverage both cozy and QB is great to hear and honestly builds confidence to do the same.

To be fair and honest, they're my best tenants in that building anyway.
