The unit below was on social benefit and a total hoarder who collect garbage for years and had a major flea infestation, the final one is the only one that’s “ normal people”but their rent was really low for the area even back then...well, it was a leason really paid off for me, by identified and fix the problem, using one tenants complain against another and suck it up and proforming some really nasty task( like clean year of cat **** from a kitchen in the height and summer) I was able to turn around rent out the whole property in three month.now days, not only it gives me over 20k net profit each year, the equalty was more than doubled.

I can't beat anyone here on "grossness" but my first eviction involved my first tenants; a older woman, her adult daughter and the daughters two teenage children, one of whom had a baby during the tenancy.All five skipped out over one weekend leaving me what ended up being 45 bags of garbage.
