I know there are far better skilled people and companies that have taken information from multiple sources and put it together in and easy to digest format.    

The bank will want to see your formation docs to know that the LLC is essentially a pass through entity and held by who you say it is.  

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

I don't mean to discourage you from forming an LLC, but there are real costs, beyond formation.

Sounds like you're just getting going and in the team formation stage.

I think they also did some stuff with restricting html which is what postlets uses for its formatting and is also how you create links on pictures.
