I have relied on Direct Mail Marketing for the last 12 months to close 18 wholesale deals.I started wholesaling 16 months ago and wanted to do anything I could to get my feet wet closing deals. Now with the market getting tighter and my direct mail leads getting more scarce,I realize that I have to think outside the box in order to survive. Please comment if you have any low cost lead generation techniques that are working for you.

Content drives SEO.  That's the best, in my view, but probably also the hardest to do consistently.  Certainly it is a lot of work.

Find ways to use video as much as you can, and then tag it properly for SEO purposes.
