If you aren't afraid of the soil or groundwater being contaminated from chemicals that were spilled or dumped onto the land, or disposed of in a septic system, then it sounds like the deal of the century. 

HVAC systems will need to be thoroughly inspected.

But like all complex systems, this is another factor in the potential tipping point of a recession.

@Tommy Dang I would not bother upgrading the heating system to sell.

When we print, or email, the system ask us if we want the "private" or "public".  

What are the unmaintained/older mechanical systems that may need replacement soon,    How are the utilities /heat set up?
