I am just getting started as an investor myself, so I can't speak to all of the investment concerns, but my primary residence was built in 1903 and I have done a lot of work on older homes.As someone with remolding experience, my biggest concerns with older homes would be foundation, electrical, and plumbing (specifically drain).If that all looks okay I wouldn't be worried about a rehab personally.
